Spa Forte Policies


By scheduling an appointment at Spa Forte, you are agreeing to the following:

Late Arrivals

We do NOT extend our service times or issue refunds for late arrivals. Arriving 10 minutes or later may result in your appointment being cancelled or the duration reduced and the full service price being upheld. Additionally, if we cannot accommodate your appointment (such as a wax) you will be charged for 40% of the service and asked to reschedule.

Illness

If you or anyone in your home is under the weather and you have a facial service booked, we ask that you reschedule. If you or anyone in your home has Covid, the Flu, or Strep, we ask that you reschedule. If you or anyone in your home is sick with a skin disease, we ask that you reschedule.

Card on file to book

A credit or debit card is required to be put on file to book your appointment. We do not charge this card unless you no call/ no show or cancel outside of our 48 hour window. You may pay however you wish at the time of check out.

Rescheduling/ Cancellation Period

We allow 48 hours prior to your appointment to cancel or reschedule. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hour notice, you will be subject to a 50% charge of your service, as this time was reserved exclusively for you. When appointments are cancelled or rescheduled with insufficient notice, we cannot fulfill the time slot. This impacts our employees and clients.

No Call/ No Show

A no call/ no show will result in a charge of 90% of your service.

Habitual Rescheduling

If you reschedule the same appointment more than once, we will ask you to prepay for your service, which will be non-refundable. If the appointment continues to be rescheduled, the fee may be forfeited.

Children

While we adore children, we promote a relaxing environment for all of the clients who may be in the spa at the time of service. For this reason, children are not permitted.

Minors

Teenagers 12-17 receiving a service MUST have a parent, guardian, or someone over 18 accompanying them to their appointment. Minors may NOT be dropped off.

Cell Phones
Due to privacy and for the safety of our clients, we do NOT permit clients to be on their phones at time of service, especially during intimate waxing.

Paperwork
We do require clients to fill out paperwork 48 hours prior to their appointment.

Duty to Inform

Your full disclosure during all pre-service consultations is mandatory. Spa Forte will NOT assume any responsibility for adverse reactions suffered when a guest has failed to inform us of contraindicating conditions.

Right to Refuse Service

The licensed professionals at Spa Forte reserve the right to refuse service or cancel the appointment at any time during the interaction if communication is inappropriate, the technician feels unsafe, or the treatment is not appropriate at that time (alternative treatments may be offered).

Refunds

We are pleased to provide you with store credit within 10 days of your retail purchase if the product remains sealed, unopened, and unused. Open items are deemed contaminated, and are therefor ineligible for return or exchange. Additionally, services are non-refundable.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates must be used within 1 year from the date purchased, or the expiration date on the gift certificate. Treat this as cash, if lost, we cannot replace it.
